Chad Hintzen
Chad has dedicated over a decade to education and community support, beginning his career in these fields as a high school English teacher in Barbados. There he taught students ranging from the ages of eleven to nineteen and provided additional support to those with unique learning needs, emphasizing patience and adaptability to meet each student’s needs. His role as a youth leader and camp counselor in the Cayman Islands for the last two years further solidifies his passion for empowering individuals. Chad has instilled empowerment for individuals through personal development, building confidence, and encouraging them to unlock their full potential.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics with a minor in Literature in English, along with certificates in Counselling, Social and Emotional Learning in Schools, and Managing Autism in Schools, he is eager to utilize what he has learned and experienced towards embodying the values of Inclusion Cayman.
Currently, Chad is committed to supporting individuals with disabilities in the wider community, striving to create environments where everyone feels valued and successful. Driven by an innate desire to help others, his earnest approach to his work and his perennial eagerness to learn, Chad receives the honor given of being an Inclusion Assistant at Inclusion Cayman with great enthusiasm and pride.
