Elliot is an Inclusion Coordinator in the Educational pillar at Inclusion Cayman. He has extensive educational experience as an active Office of Education Standards’ Associate School Inspector, a former Special Educational Needs, and a Disability and Inclusion Coordinator(SENDCo), lecturer and teacher. He has expertise in the evidence-based intellectual and personal development of children, young people and their families.

Elliot has developed an exact understanding of inclusive policy and framework. He advocates, represents and coaches with confidence and empathy.
