Jessica Ebanks

Jessica, a proud multigenerational Caymanian, is a fervent promoter of inclusion. She brings multi-faceted experience with her to Inclusion Cayman with a Bachelors of Science in Human Services and a Master’s Degree in Management.  As a person with spina bifida, and a strong advocate for persons with disabilities, Jessica serves on the Cayman Islands National Council of Persons with Disabilities. Jessica’s extensive training in Human Services, Social Work and Management has equipped her with the expertise needed to make a difference in the field of disability advocacy. As an Inclusion Facilitator, Jessica supports inclusive community life and inclusive employment through the Rotary Employment Partnership. Believing that anyone can achieve anything with the right mindset and support, Jessica participates in a dual Hoyt chair team to promote that message.
