Daniel Reid serves as Chairman of the Board of Inclusion Cayman, bringing over 15 years of experience in the finance and technology industry, a decade of which has been in senior and management roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University.

An active community leader, Daniel is a member of the Lions Club of Grand Cayman, a past president of the Leo Club of Grand Cayman, and a Final Five recipient of the Young Caymanian Leadership Award in 2007. His personal journey as the father of a son on the autism spectrum has given him a firsthand understanding of the gaps in policy and resources for people with special needs on the island, fuelling his deep commitment to Inclusion Cayman’s mission.
