Volunteering with Inclusion Cayman is one of the most meaningful ways you can help build a Cayman Islands where every person, regardless of ability, is seen, valued, and included. Since 2008, we’ve relied not just on funding, but on the generosity of people like you who believe that inclusion isn’t a policy position; it’s a way of life. When you give your time, you’re not just helping us run programmes. You’re sending a message to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families that this community stands with them.
We are deeply grateful to every volunteer who walks through our doors, joins us at events, supports our operations, or simply lends a hand wherever it’s needed. Back-Office & Administration Support
We’re a small team with a big mission. If you have skills in communications, marketing, graphic design, data management, event coordination, or general admin, we’d love your support behind the scenes. Your expertise keeps our work moving.
Best Buddies Program (Launching Soon)
We’re bringing the global Best Buddies movement to Cayman’s schools, a programme dedicated to ending the isolation of young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through one-to-one friendships. We’ll be looking for passionate volunteers to help make those connections happen. Be among the first to get involved.
Community Events
From our annual Uncharted conference to awareness campaigns and fundraising events throughout the year, we regularly need enthusiastic volunteers on the ground. If you love people and want to be part of something special, this is a great place to start.
